Magnificent panoramic view of the Baous, the Chapelle du Rosaire and the Lubiane valley
At the viewpoint, the orientation table clearly identifies the 4 baous, which act as a natural belt and protect the historic town.
The baptismal font of Saint Véran (dating from the 11th century) is now home to the waters of the Foux, and serves as a fountain for anyone wishing to cool off in the middle of summer.
From this vantage point, you can see the start of the Col de Vence, the pre-Alps (covered in snow in winter) and the Chapelle du Rosaire, designed entirely by Henri Matisse. It is clearly distinguishable by its blue and white roof.
