Behind the door, an old woman is asleep forever. Is it a tragedy? No. She was old.
Death is frightening. So is life. Here, both are a source of laughter. Yet, her loved ones must confront them.
Like the witch in fairy tales, she will charm those who come to pay their respects. But things don't go as planned, and the visitors are quickly swept away by the irrepressible force of life.
Some will take the opportunity to drink, others will be seized by carnal desires, still others will transform mourning into a playground…
Our wicked witch ultimately reveals herself to be the good fairy. And behind that door, who knows? Perhaps it's the last burst of mischief from an old woman, orchestrating this madcap sarabande…
