Mountain Flavours Festival: When the mountains of Isola and Tyrol meet.
12pm: Cooking show and tasting on the snow front. The Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier cooks and serves fingers foods.
1-7pm: Local and Tyrolean producers' market, mountain wine and beer fairs in the central square
4pm: Isolian cookery lessons in the salle mercière. Registration required at the Tourist Office
7pm: Gastronomic dinner with food and wine at the Essentiel restaurant
