Father Yvonnick, a young priest recently appointed to head the parish of Ramponeau-Dans-Le-Bek, a small village in Finistère, has the difficult task of organizing the annual fair.
But it won't be easy, especially since Monsignor Poivrot expects financial benefits. To help him in this mission, Father Yvonnick chooses to enlist the help of two parishioners: the conservative Ségolène Lavajassek and the sultry Lola Valentino. But is it a good idea to bring these two diametrically opposed personalities together?
He also has to deal with Brother Benoît, a young, not-so-bright seminarian, the altar boys smoking in the confessional, Sister Marie-Nicole keeping a close eye on things, and to top it all off, the opening of a libertine club in the village.
