Gees is a band of friends passionate about jazz, formed around Jean-Jacques Gregis on drums, with Dominique Bonarrigo on saxophone, Filippo Bondurri on guitar and vocals, and Dominique Trefoloni on bass.
Between exploring jazz standards and interpreting sung and jazzified pop songs – or rather geessified – the quartet's music is intense, melodic and electric, with plenty of room for improvisation and interaction between the musicians.
