Alumni of the "Paul Augier" hotel and tourism school in Nice, and after several years of training in a number of establishments on the Côte d'Azur, we decided to devote ourselves to the Nice cuisine that we love so much!

There's no fuss here, it's just like Sunday at Granny's! The daube simmers for hours, while the potatoes are peeled to make gnocchi or merda des can, the vegetables come from our local producers, the desserts smell of our childhood and the wine is carefully selected!
