Eco-friendly sale of restaurant tableware
Top chefs, whether Michelin-starred or not, regularly renew their tableware. Plates, glasses, cutlery, silverware, champagne buckets, tablecloths... so many treasures stored in sheds or attics, sometimes for several generations.
This is an opportunity to give them a second life. This approach is part of the new circular economy landscape.
