Two teams of players, an uncompromising referee, a master of ceremonies and two assistants, catchy music... we now know the ingredients of a theatrical improvisation match!
But just because you have the recipe doesn't mean you know what you'll be eating...
The players compete in a friendly atmosphere on themes drawn at random and invented by the referee: mixed improvisation (both teams play together) or comparative improvisation (each team takes turns performing on the same theme), a category (free or "in the style of"), a set number of players and a set time limit, 20 seconds of consultation with your team... and off they go!
* The teams participating this evening are Toucont'Fé and the Impropistou troupe. Let's hope this encounter will be a wonderful opportunity to showcase the best of improv: listening, generosity, and camaraderie!*
