Inspired by Euripides, Aeschylus, and Sophocles, he entrusts this terrible dramatic material to fourteen young actresses and actors from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Paris. His protagonists escape from classical texts to embody and resonate, today, this mythical and cursed family. In Family Portrait, a story of the Atrides, everything revolves around war. War between peoples, between men and gods, between family members. Greek mythology is an inexhaustible material and the occasion for a theater of excess, immoderation, cruelty, where comedy often meets tragedy.
