11 October 2024
To round off the "Un Festival c'est Trop Court" festival in style, Panda-Events and Heliotrope are pleased to welcome Thomas de Pourquery.
Singer, songwriter and saxophonist, Thomas de Pourquery is known for his boundless curiosity. Having collaborated with Metronomy and Oxmo Puccino, and noted for his album dedicated to Sun Ra with Supersonic, he is the winner of 2 Victoires de la Musique and the Django Reinhardt Prize.
Thomas returns to the stage with "Let The Monster Fall", a pop-psychedelic album produced by Yodélice, inspired by The Flaming Lips, Bowie, Prince, Nina Simone, and Bon Iver. Alongside him, a new atomic group: Sylvain Daniel (bass), David Aknin (drums), Étienne Jaumet (modular synth and crazy sax), and Akemi Fujimori (keyboards and stratospheric choirs).
