A positive psychology psychologist and chronic insomniac, Vanessa still can't let go. She's tried a host of therapies... from sophrology to meditation, energy cleansing, biodanza, and more.
She decides to redouble her efforts and meets new people who will help her on the path to well-being: a psychiatrist who's not very sane, a clairvoyant who doesn't see much, a somewhat rigid yoga teacher... and she also meets her life coach who supposedly only wants her best, and her other friends who practice biodanza and meditation.
What if, ultimately, letting go was all you had to do... let go?
