The “Cuisine Nissarde” label is awarded to restaurateurs who work to promote the cuisine of Nice by committing themselves to respecting the recipes, the quality of the products and raw materials used, the quality of the welcome and information given to customers, as well as compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. A plaque attesting to their certification is displayed in their window.
