You will be in contact with a member of our staff who will assist you for:

• Preparation and support for your candidature
• Search for accommodation
• Official presentation of the candidature
• Assistance ub promoting the Convention
• Availability of communication tools (videos, photos, brochures, newsletter…)
• Organization of inspection tours

Support to ensure the success of your event:

• Information desk
• Welcome cocktail for 150 VIPs
• Welcome kit for participants (documentation)
• Focus on your event at the Convention Bureau website and in our newsletters
• Study and assistance to ensure visibility for the event in the City of Nice
