À l’ombre du réverbère
Theatre
From 27 to 29 January 2026
From prison to theater, from delinquency to resilience, Redwane Rajel invites us to delve into the depths of his life.
Alone on stage, he recounts his tumultuous adolescence, his enlistment in the army, his boxing career, his years in prison, and then his journey to the stage that saved him. A moment of incredible humanity.
At the Pontet prison, near Avignon, Redwane discovered theater during workshops led by Enzo Verdet and Olivier Py. It was a revelation for him: "I needed to scream, I needed to be heard." This turning point would carry him onto the stage, from Olivier Py's Antigone to Joël Pommerat's Marius, and then more intimately into the role of his own story.
