Ancienne résidence hôtelière du Grand palais

Built by Charles Dalmas in 1911, it consists of two buildings, one of which is ten floors high, with a metal frame covered with masonry.

This complex has the originality of offering 150 "large and small" furnished apartments, undoubtedly the first "pied-à-terre" buildings on the French Riviera. One part functioned in a more traditional way as a hotel-restaurant.
