A student at the hotel school, restaurant owner from father to son, Max welcomes you in an American atmosphere to make you discover his burgers and their French Touch.

It also offers a varied menu of pizzas, salads, mussels, meats, fish and various other suggestions.

The first restaurant opened in Valbonne village in 2012, followed by Sophia Antipolis in 2015 and Saint Laurent du Var in 2016.

Our group also has the Valbonn'Express truck and the Ornetti bakery in Valbonne.
