Provençal snack bar specialising in olive oil.
Created in 2011 in an exceptional setting at the top of the old village of Eze (near the entrance to the exotic garden), the Deli offers a fast food concept where visitors can both taste the real flavours of the South of France and leave with some culinary souvenirs (mainly olive oils), by trying them through the menu or during a (free) tasting.
Our cuisine is simple, mainly salads.
The emphasis is on the quality and origin of the products used. Our vegetables come from the best regions of France. We use home-made bread. Meat and charcuterie come from a local butcher, the wine from Nice or Provence, our fruit juices are organic and the many AOC virgin and/or infused olive oils we use are made in the South of France and for some even in Nice.
Each year, we select a range of quality delicatessen products (olive oils, vinegars, mustards, condiments, wines, champagnes, etc) in original packaging. The same ones we use in our kitchen. The concept is to offer our customers the best souvernirs products "made in France", made in Provence" ans "made in Nice".
These efforts invested in quality, advice and welcome have been rewarded by a very good ranking on the Trip Advisor website, which already has the feedback of more than 400 of our customers...
The Deli' is open from breakfast to "late" evening (in high season) and the service is NON STOP/7/7 from March to January.
Fine food tastings are possible and free of charge at any time for groups of less than 5 people.
For larger groups, reservations are recommended. The same applies to catering.
