This olive tree variety is the main one as to produce A.O.P olives and oil. Therefore, Domaine de Vinceline represents the two A.O.P. of the Alpes-Maritimes department
Having worked from the outset with respect for the soil, the products and the environment, the estate is now certified as an Organic Farm. All wines are made using natural yeasts.
The Dauby family welcomes you to share a convivial moment on their micro-domain, in a warm and authentic atmosphere, in the midst of the vines, with a breathtaking panoramic view: from Cap d'Antibes to the Mercantour, via the Baou de Saint-Jeannet.
Tours and tastings are available on Fridays and Saturdays in July and August, without reservation. For other days, reservations are required.
