This Provençal-style, Romanesque-Gothic edifice was first documented in 1278. It was originally a castle chapel. Its current form dates from the 14th and 15th centuries and features an 18th-century bell tower.
The building has three naves: a two-bay, Gothic, ribbed central nave and two side naves that were added in the 17th century. The chapel's ceiling features a polychrome bas-relief. The church's statuary is impressive and includes a polychrome wooden statue of the Virgin Mary, a 19th-century statue of St. Nicholas with three children in a barrel, a 19th-century gilded wooden statue of St. Anne, and a 19th-century processional statue of the Virgin Mary.
