Immeuble Donadei

This type of building, erected by the architect Charles Dalmas, is exemplary of many buildings in Nice.

Occupying the entirety of a large block, it seeks to mark the landscape. It crowns its corner rotundas with four slate domes, modelled on Parisian buildings, as does its zinc-covered roof. The use of cut stone and the very visible roof dormers participate in this imitation of the model.
