Immeuble du 4 rue Longchamp

This building predates the 1854 regulatory plan, which organizes the grid of roads in this new sector.

Like some of its neighbors, it is therefore an exception to the new regulation requiring street frontage construction. It is located perpendicular to the old road, facing south, and opens onto a large garden, partly cut off by the construction of a row of stores when the street becomes commercial.
