Immeuble Le Capitole

This complex, built between 1948 and 1962 by the architects Georges and Michel Dikansky, is built around a courtyard-garden that overlooks the promenade.

These buildings illustrate the seaside architecture of the Trente Glorieuses period, characterized by white plaster, loggias, stepped floors to maximize sunlight, as well as rounded balcony projections on the side facades to offer a view of the sea, even from some distance from the beach.
