Night falls on Earth. But the ant is there, hardworking; it's the colorful character of the old Kabyle woman who will give her the solution.

To cook, she says, you have to learn, and then the sun will return. Lala must cook to make the sun rise again.

In doing so, she learns to accept her roots and respect the land that nourishes her; to overcome her disgust and her fears. It is her own sun that she builds in this learning process.
