Since 2001 Le Clos has been making our local products in the hinterland of Nice using artisanal methods and recipes inherited from our ancestors. Everything is handmade and 100% natural using fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers: jams, syrups, tapenades and other spreads for the sacred aperitif hour.
