Through our producers, it is nature that sets the pace. This is our commitment to healthy and sustainable gastronomy.
Our Chef Julien Pilati is from Champagne and has worked with the greatest such as Alain Ducasse, Hélène Darroze, Arnaud Lallemant and Michel Sarran. Laetitia is from Brittany.
Our cuisine is inspired by our native regions and is made with seasonal products only, from French agriculture, breeding and fishing. The majority of our products are local and as much as possible organic.
