This is not an adaptation. It's a show in the form of questions. What would happen if the story of the 1939 film The Wizard of Oz landed in the imagination of a young girl today? Where have the witches gone? Are they still with us? What about magic? Do we prefer to be or to have? Can all the objects in the world replace the people we love? Oz presents the inner journey of a young girl who, faced with her own imperious will, uses the mechanisms of the imagination to fill in the gaps.
