Palais Fomitcheff

Completed in 1913, it is the work of architect Charles Dalmas. The writer Gaston Leroux lived there from 1919 until his death in 1927.

This building takes on the appearance of a large villa, seeking a monumental effect with two high slate roofs in pavilion and zinc ridges. The roof slope covering the main façade is concealed by a balustrade, another marker of the quality building.
