The chef of the restaurant Dante is from Nice with a long experience of cooking and gastronomy. His plates are colorful, he likes to work with local vegetables, fish dishes (cod aïoli, lobsters, his octopus is to die for!) The quality of the product, a healthy cuisine in a Mediterranean spirit, accompanied by a choice of wines from the South, often organic and natural of great quality.
