In the kitchen, Aurèle Gasperoni is the master. This native of Nice, trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute, has a real passion for cooking. After having worked in some of the most famous restaurants in France, Aurele returned to his hometown to share his love of cooking in his own restaurant, Influence. At the restaurant, we promise you a moment of culinary discovery as the chef uses classic local products (selected at the market!) that he revisits following his passion and the influences of France and the world.
