Restaurant Lu Fran Calin

The restaurant is nestled in the heart of Old Nice, alongside the Cathedral, with a large terrace that is shaded in summer and covered in winter.

Chef Daniel Silvetti, a graduate of the prestigious Ecole Hôtelière de Nice, offers cookery lessons on request from Tuesday to Saturday mornings (€100 per person, meal included). The signature dishes are the tasting plate, daube Niçoise and potato gnocchi, not forgetting the Pan Bagnat, which is available to take away in season.
