At Rouge, the mini-meals on offer are made from fresh and healthy products, such as smoked aubergine caviar, JC Orso's tomato carpaccio with feta, tuna tartar with raspberries, Ibaiama pig's belly caramelised with honey or Eric Ospital's pan-fried chipirons with chorizo.
As for wine, there is no shortage of choice, since huge refrigerated and glassed-in wine cabinets allow you to select your favourite bottle from among a thousand bottles kept at the right temperature for serving, with the possibility of tasting the wine free of charge before buying it.
