Villa Le colombier

A regionalist trend, advocating a return to traditional Mediterranean architecture with a Provençal tendency, appeared on the French Riviera around 1920.

This villa, built in 1945 by the architect René Gastaldi, adopts the main features of this trend: rough-hewn stone, a false dovecote and a row of genoese roof overhangs.
