Villa Reizian

Built in 1911 by the renowned Parisian architect Abert Guilbert, it was originally a family villa with all floors organized around a central skylight with a glass roof.

Its tower-belvedere, which ends the staircase, exceeds the maximum regulatory height but is allowed for its aesthetic character. The belvedere was not originally accessible, occupied by elevator machinery and a water tank.
