This Côte d'Azur vineyard is located at the foot of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet, between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, 25 minutes from Nice. It's a family vineyard. Mathias Rasse cares for the vines, while his father, Georges Rasse, is the winemaker. He introduces you to his organic wines and his method of aging the wine in demijohns in the sun. Wine sales, tastings, and tours of the estate are available year-round. The vineyard offers a landscape of vines and olive trees with sea views. Rémy Rasse, a painter, designs the bottle labels, and his colorful paintings are displayed in the tasting cellar. On the beautiful terrace, demijohns, or demijohns of white, red, or rosé wine, are exposed to the sun for famous vintages such as the Longo Mai or the Rosé Tuilé de Saint Jeannet. The vineyard's motto: LONGO MAÏ means "Long time to come" in Provence.

The estate hosts private MICE events, during the day and in the evening, in the middle of the vineyards, on a large terrace or in the olive grove, with discovery activities, and meeting with the winemaker; meals on site with food and wine pairing, provision of spaces for team building activities, catering services provided by the estate or taken care of by the organizers.
