Georges Rasse's vineyard offers tasting visits of its organic wines. Located at the foot of the Baous, it is the domain of sunny wines.
This small family vineyard is beautifully situated between the sea and the mountains. It offers a beautiful view of the vineyards with their multitude of grape varieties, the olive grove and the Mediterranean in the distance. The ruins of an authentic Roman wine press bear witness to the property's ancient past. In addition, there are the original methods of wine making, in which the famous winemaker Georges Rasse has made his speciality of maturing the wine in the sun. The wine barrels litter the roofs and terraces to make natural wines with surprising aromas, notably the Tuilé de Saint-Jeannet.
