Chef Marc Laville has left the gastro for the bistro but the fundamentals remain constant. The proposals, full of sun and perfumes, speak of the South and the Mediterranean.
The daily menu is displayed on a slate and varies according to the market and the Chef's wishes. The menu is short (7 starters, 7 main courses, 9 desserts) and the dishes of the Creation Menu can be chosen individually.
